hi,hows things going?

the weather here is still horrible,really windy & raining,been that way for nearly two weeks now.i got rained off work this morning,the rain has stopped now but its still blowing a gale outside.i got rained off twice last week too,not good for the christmas fund!.last thursday i was helping pitch an extension roof,the two of us got completely soaked in the rain.i need the weather to get colder & drier so i can get on with my job.

i poped round to see my grandparents friday,got soaked again,they are ok.they were sitting around in the coats so that they didnt have to use their heating,mmmm.

the fabulous saturday afternoon beer brothers were back together this weekend.my friend damon is still trying to stay with his bit on the side,i tried to show him he was being taken for a fool but he just point blank refuses to see it,its really wierd.he called this girl twice & she wouldnt even answer her phone to him.i guess that if he wants to make a fool of himself its his business,but i find it hard to just sit back & watch,...i wont give up just yet.

my exerciseing is going well,i use a resistance tube,do my yoga & have a gym ball to hepl with my abs.i also do a lot of press ups,i feel pretty fine,my weight seems to have stabilizes at 12 & a half stone to 12 & three quarter stone,thats about 80 kilos's or 176 pounds.i doubt i'll get much lighter than that,i dont want to be skinny,i need some strength for work.i'm 5 feet 9" tall.

well,thats me for now,looks like i got a boring day ahead of me,i'll have to get busy around the house.

the winter has really arrived this weekend,you can really feel the chill in the breeze.when i've been out for my walks this weekend i have had to wear a coat instead of just a light jacket.i treated myself to a fatface coat & a new kangol flat cap,..well,if ya dont treat yourself.....

i have been working with paul the brick layer all week,we get on really well & always have a good laugh,we have been messing around like a couple of kids all week.having fun at work helps the time pass.i had such an easy day on friday,we had some work planned but there was a bad rain storm forecast for that afternoon so it got called off,i was at work but not really doing anything,money for nothing,..sound!

there was a £90,000,000 euro lottery this friday,two english people have won it between them,wow,£45,000,000 each,can you imagine how that must feel,it must be very exciting,...you would never have to work again,you could just travel the rest of your life.even with todays low interest rates i think you would get £2,000,000 a year,you could just live off that very comfortably.you would also have to be very careful,that kind of money can bring a certain amount of bad luck or jinx with it,money can ruin a lot of people,break up relationships & cause a lot of trouble or heartache.when it comes to money you really have to let your head as opposed to your heart be in charge.its a lot of responsibility.

i was meant to do some work on the house this weekend,take out some fitted wardrobes,get the walls reading for replastering of my spare bedroom,but just could not be bothered,i want to get it finished before christmas so i will have to get my stuff in gear.

the boys came round saturday afternoon,we had the usual drinking session & i cooked  some chicken for us all to eat.my friend damon is in hospital,he had a seizure,a kind of fit,& the doctors found out he had a water infection.it sounds really bad but he's ok.he has already had complaints about his colorful language,...thats my boy!.

my nephew has taken,or should that be commandeered,my dvd player from the dining room,how pleasant of him,..the little monster.actually i didnt really mind,it gave me an excuse to buy a new flat tv/dvd.

congratulations to the english boxer david haye,he beat the russian giant nikolai valuev last night,well done son.

well,what have i been up to this week.at work i have spent practically all week digging the ground out for foundations,that's a meter deep by maybe eight meters long,its been a really hard week but i have thought of it as really good exercise for me.I've been sweating buckets all week.i have also been digging out to replace the drainage system of the house.in the last month my weight has gone down from 14 stone to 12 & three quarter stone,helped I'm sure by the fact that i have given up beer,i don't miss it at all.i also stopped buying cigarettes,i roll my own now,...i am saving a fortune,i never realized how much money i was wasting.

i have started doing yoga lessons on youtube,you don't realize how unflexible you have become till you start trying some of the yoga moves,if you relax with it & give it a chance it makes you feel good,it feels a bit silly at first but you have to get over that,you feel better for doing it.

i was round my parents place Saturday,they had the kids round for Halloween,it was hectic round there,....not helped by the fact that i taught the kids the "lets hug it out bitch" used by Ari gold in entourage.there was a few other people there too,they put on a spread of food.after that i went home to relax with a bottle of Bacardi & a movie.i watched "we own the night",great film,i really enjoyed that.after that there was a film about the artist Francis bacon called "love is the devil",it was surreal but good,it was an interesting story.i also watched a couple of documentaries about the history of jazz,....i didn't roll into bed till 3am,naughty me.

i haven't seen my friend Damon in a couple of weeks,he has been at the respite center.he will be back on the scene next weekend,we will have to see how he reacts to the news that i wont be a go between for him & his bit on the side anymore,i hope he has a sense of humour about it.

well,its been a really quiet week.we started a new job this week that will see us in work till after Christmas,so the presents will be safely financed.i have pulled down an old conservatory & am now digging out for the foundations,hard work but its good exercise.we should be concreting by the end of the week.we also have three other jobs going on at the moment,so loads of work.

i am still going through my entourage phase at the moment,i am just waiting for series 5 to be delivered,cant wait.i will then have to wait for season six to come out on DVD.i watched the yards starring mark wahlberg last night,it was a pretty good film,wahlberg also starred in another film with the same director,mark gray,called we own the night,i plan on watching it next weekend.

the bubble has finally beginning to burst on my friend Damon's bit on the side relationship.his girlfriend has met someone else,she is loosing interest in Damon rapidly.the only thing she wants from Damon now is money,....& he is foolishly falling for the con,what a mug.she has recently moved into her own disabled house so probably needs as much cash as possible,she is starting to bleed Damon dry.i cant believe he could give her loads of his money,what a mug.i wont see him for another two weeks,but when i do i will do everything to get him to stop his silly behavior,its well beyond a joke now.i thought it was kind of a harmless thing at first,they both have ms & are stuck in wheelchairs,.....what harm could they do!,..its starting to get a little out of control now.i thought ms just effected peoples muscle's & the way the brain talks to the rest of the body,but my friend Damon cant seem to think straight anymore,perhaps its his meds.i was talking to his carer & he said that Damon verbally abuses his wife & doesn't like her having friends or going out,..i cannot stand men who treat women in that way,i will have a deep conversation with Damon,i know he has a lot of problems & all,but he shouldn't take it out on a woman who has stood by him despite his illness,a lot of women would have left him ages ago,...& he's still trying to see someone behind her back.we'll have to see how this all works out.i guess i have played a part in all this by helping Damon communicate with his girlfriend,I'll have to try to make it right now.

i can now smell my roast cooking in the oven,should be ready in about an hour,mmmmm.

hi,hope everythings ok with you,....& if it isnt,i hope it changed real soon.

last week was a great week to be at work,the sun was shining just about all week,& i was up on the roof,thats always the best place to be when the suns out.

it was my uncles birthday on wednesday,he had a bit of a do up at his place,.....you'll be very pleased to hear that i stayed sober,week day drinking is out,it felt good to wake up the next morning with no hangover,i was quietly pleased with myself.the rest of the family was up there,loads of italian food,everyone seemed happy,thats great.my uncle has bought his two daughters a mini soft top & a mercedes soft top each,both with private plates,his monthly outgoings must be terrible,they are both just over 20 years old.

i still havnt managed to stop drinking on a friday after work,i ran into an old mate at work friday afternoon,.....i didnt get home till saturday morning,..what a dirty stop out.i have no such troubles about saturdays drinking,it is the time honoured tradition of the fabulous saturday afternoon beer brotherhood,it is sacred lol.to be honest i couldnt remember much about saturday night,my mate called me & told me i got really drunk & just wouldnt stop laughing,bacardi has a lot to answer for,i didnt offend anyone so i guess that makes it just about alright,..i hope!

i'm still really into my entourage,i orderd series 4 on dvd yesterday,i now wait patiently for my entourage fix to come through the front door.

i'm feeling pretty good at the moment,my little tummy is shrinking,i got a light tan,my weekdays are drink free,...i kinda feel lucky to be me.

i am taking my friend damon up to his respite centre on saturday morning,i will get to meet his mistress face to face after all this time,yeah i know its all a bit naughty,..but what can i do.

well,thats just about me for now,have a great week.

hi,hope all is well.wow,can you beleive we're into october already,this year is just flying by,..it'll soon be christmas,omg,..at least i get two weeks off work at christmas!.

well,the clutch blew up on my truck.it made a really horrible sound like nuts being swirled around in a bucket(if you know what i mean!),then the truck just stopped working.a small peice of metal had got loose & ripped through the clutch plate,it was a mess.the mechanic said that if we had tried to move it we could have seriously damaged the engine,..that would have cost a fortune.the truck is all fixed up & has been delivered back to me,mmm,i have been given a small citreon van to get around in,its a really horrible little beast,so i find i have two works motors outside my house,i'll soet it out tomorrow,i cant be bothered today.

we had the usual meeting of the fabulous saturday afternoon beer brothers yeaterday.i have got really fed up with beer lately(what!),so i got myself a bottle of bacardi,i drank the lot  mixed with coke & lime.it felt a little easier on my tummy than the beer,beer really bloats you out.we had a good laugh yesterday.my friend damon,his father mick,my father tony & my uncle reg were all round,there was a lot of drinking & messing around going on,the bacardi didnt get me any more drunk than the beer.i feel a little wasted this morning though.you should see the mess five blokes make when they sit down drinking all day,empty beer cans,ash trays,half eaten burgers & spare ribs,...& guess who's the lucky one who gets to clear it all up after everyone has gone home,me!.it took me twenty minutes to clear it all up,then i light some scented candles in the conservatory & dinning room to help with the smell of smoke.once its all done its nice to sit down on my own.i ordered up some chinese food,i have got to stop doing that,next week i will make my own curry in the slow cooker,a vegetable one,i want to start getting a little healthier.

i plan on going swimming next week & want to go to thwe gym too,just once a week for each will do me,i might get some running shoes & try jogging too,i aint done that in years,should be really hard work trying to get back into it.

well,its sunday morning now.my head is a little sore,the roast is in the oven & i'm messing around on my computer.its cold outside,i've actually got a cardigan on,my feet are chilly,....summers going.

hi.its been a great day of sunshine here.i had some running around to do this morning & didnt start work till nearly mid-day.it was really awkward doing fascia's & soffits on my own but i managed to get through it,...what an absolute bloody hero i am!,..NOT.i also managed to re-felt & batten the bottom part of the roof then re-tiled it.the front is tretty much done aside from some trimming & mastic/sealant work,i could have stayed & finished off but i had to get to the roofing merchants to pay the bill.it sounds like my boss is fed up with fat john the racist pig that i work with,he's looking for an excuse to fire him,...& that'll leave,..well,just me!.i have worked there for just about ten years,my job before that was also nearly ten years,...mmmmm,in twenty years i have had two proper jobs.i prefer staying where i am,i guess i must be quite loyal,..either that or i just prefer working,there are plenty of people here who dont have any work.i'm very lucky.
on my way home from work i popped in to see my parents.i found my sister & my nephew there.my mum was really stressed out,my sister & her kid were really taking diabolical liberties with her,trying to get money & food,getting my mother to pays her bills,..i went completely off my head,threatened the pair of them,then kicked them out.my sister is an allegedly reformed junkie,she acts like she's using,she has been on a heroin substitute for years,at the moment i cant recall its name.we used to be best friends,used to party together all the time,but she went bad,went the other way.she is now trouble.
tomorrow is going to be another sunny day,i'm looking forward to work.have yourself a great day
